How do I open a new savings account?

Opening a savings account is easy and can be done entirely online. Log in to your Seabridge Credit Union portal, click on 'Add Account', and select your preferred savings tier. Most accounts are approved instantly after a quick identity verification.

What is the minimum balance for a checking account?

Our Basic Checking has a 0 minimum balance requirement and no monthly maintenance fees. High-yield accounts may require a minimum daily balance of 2,500 to maintain fee-free status.

Are there any fees for international transfers?

Standard international transfers have a flat fee of 15. However, if you have a Premium or Wealth account, all international wire transfers are completely free of charge with mid-market exchange rates.

How can I reset my online banking password?

Simply click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen. You'll need to verify your identity via email or SMS before creating a new secure password. For security, passwords must be at least 12 characters long.
